Installation Instructions
1. Assemble bracket (4) with a narrow head carriage bolt (6)
and nut (10). Do not thread the nut past the first three
threads of the bolt. Repeat 4 times. See Figure 1.

2. Assemble bracket (3) with bolt (5) and nut (9). Repeat 4
times. See Figure 2.

3. Starting on the driver's side inner rocker panel (review figure
#3) locate two sets of holes that are diagonal from each
other. If the inner rocker panel is filled with sound deaden-
ing foam, pre-install the U-bolt (7) through the holes and
foam with a twisting motion. Remove the U-bolt. See
Figure 3.

4. At the front set of diagonal holes, insert bracket (4) from
step #1 into the large hole (A) and into the inner rocker
panel. If sound deadening foam is present, press foam to
the side providing clearance for bracket (4). Move the
bracket back and forth to make sure that it is sitting flat.

5. Position bracket (3) over the diagonal holes and previously
inserted bracket (4). Thread U-bolt (7) through bracket (3)
upper mounting holes starting with the lower hole. See
Figure 5.
