CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
Prior to cleaning or maintenance of the meat tenderizer, make sure the drive is disconnected
from power mains and the power switch is in OFF position. Be careful with blades while clean-
ing.
WARNING: Wear gloves at all times to prevent cuts when handling the blades.

Make sure the motor is turned off, and disconnect it from the power mains before installing
the meat tenderizer tools.

Raise the stainless steel panel, release the fixator, then remove the meat tenderizer tool.
3.
Wash all parts carefully with hot water and mild dishwasher detergent. Brush with long
bristles is recommended for cleaning the blades. Rinse with clean water.
4.
Dry carefully all parts prior to assembling the meat tenderizer.
TROUBLESHOOTING
In case meat is stuck between blades, turn off the motor and disconnect the cable from power
mains. Raise the stainless steel panel, remove stuck parts from the blades with the steel tong.
In case meat is not cut properly, check the matching of blade position on both sides, so that
blades are overlapped and touch the blades from the other row.
Meat with excessive cartilage content might be cut unevenly.
