parts 116022, 116012 and 033150 of the final support with parts 11062, 009047 and 005044 according
to the depth chosen previously (see step 3) (Fig. 3) (Fig. 5) (Fig. 6).
7. If necessary, cut the final straight tread with an electric jigsaw. the cut is necessary for C depths of 29 and
26.5 cm and not necessary for C=32 cm (fig. 3). The X cut measurement is necessary for C= 26,5 cm and
28 cm and for C= 29 cm. Use sandpaper to remove any roughness on edges and protect with the supplied
wood paint.
8. Assemble parts 033142 on the straight treads using the screws 002040 at a distance equal to the
previously calculated going (see step 3) (Fig. 1).
9. Fit parts 001010 on the treads (Fig. 1).
10. Determine the drill point in the floor in correspondence to the slots in the support plate 116022. Drill using
an 18mm Ø bit (Fig. 3).
11. Fasten the final support to the floor using parts 008020 without tightening. Assemble the final tread to the
support. Check that the tread is horizontal and finally secure parts 008020 (Fig. 4).
12. Fit part 132013 to cover the plate (Fig. 4).
13. Place the intermediate support 116002 or 116004 on the final support 116012 interposing the relative
spacers 031078 calculated previously and lock it with a self-locking clamp. Fit the bolt 003039 and parts
009041, 023039, 009040 and 005040. Assemble the tread with parts 009012 and 011038 without
tightening; fit two provisional railing balusters between one tread and the next to determine the exact
alignment of the assembly; check that the tread is horizontal and the balusters vertical; finally tighten the nut
005040 to a torque of 100 Nm and parts 009012 and 011038. Prop up the supports as you continue with
assembly of the structure and the treads so that the weight does not bear down on the floor. It is essential
to fit a prop every 4-5 supports and, for safety reasons, it is strictly prohibited to climb the staircase before
having fastened it to the floor and stiffened it. Continue in the same way with assembly of the remaining
intermediate supports (Fig. 1).
Assembling the landing structure (go to step 15 for models without landing)
14. Assemble the support 116010 to the intermediate support 116002 - 116004 interposing the spacers
031078 calculated previously without finally tightening. Assemble parts 116024 to the landing structure
116020 / 116018 / 116016 / 116014 (three sizes are possible) in the position given by the distance
from the wall. Assemble the landing structure to the support 116010 (support the structure with a sufficient
number of props) with parts 116026 and 11065. Assemble part 116008 to the landing structure with
parts 116026 and 11065. Position the wooden landing without fastening it and check that the staircase
is horizontal and aligned. Assemble the intermediate support 116002 interposing the spacers 031078
calculated previously, and then the straight tread using the balusters to ensure that the structure is aligned.
Finally tighten parts 003039 to a torque of 100 Nm. Remove the landing and assemble parts 047083 with
parts 011057 respecting the upper support surface. Drill a hole in the structure using a 5mm Ø bit and
M6 thread. Trace the centre of the holes in correspondence to the plates 116024; drill a hole in the wall
using an 18mm Ø bit and make an initial seat of 19mm Ø and 15mm deep in the hole for the tightening nut
006001.
Assemble parts 006001 on the tie-rods 046029 without going to the end of travel; fasten to the wall with
chemical resin (not provided), wait for the resin to dry and then finally tighten parts 006001; cover with the
caps 031083/031021/031044. Position the wooden landing and fasten with the screws 002040. Continue
with assembly of the remaining intermediate supports (Fig. 8).
Assembling the railing
15. Finally, assemble the base support 116006, complete with tread, interposing the spacers 031078 calculated
previously without finally tightening part 003039 and without drilling a hole in the floor (Fig. 1).
16. Assemble parts F35 and CB3 on the baluster 127012 using parts 001027, 001028 and C79 (Fig. 1) (Fig. 11).
17. If necessary, cut the balusters 127012 on the lower side to obtain a railing height of about 100 cm. Fit the
connecting balusters 127012 between the treads starting from the top on the side requiring the railing.
Orient the balusters with part CB3 with the drilled side facing up. Tighten parts 001010 making sure that
they are vertical (Fig. 1).
18. Cut a section of the baluster 127012 to size to obtain the tread joining spacers. Fit the side joining spacers
and lock them with parts 001010 on the upper side and part 001004 in part 033142 on the lower side (Fig. 1).
19. Check that the entire staircase is vertical and trace the centre of the holes on the base support plate
116006 on the floor. Remove the first and the second tread and drill a hole in the floor using a 14mm Ø bit:
fit parts 008021 and finally tighten them. Refit the treads removed previously (Fig. 1). If necessary, cut the
first baluster and fasten it to the floor with parts 011053, 033142 and 008004.
20. Fasten the staircase to the wall using parts 033010 with parts 008004, 011053, 033056 (drill a hole using
an 8mm Ø bit) (Fig. 8).
