Operation

This power tool is supplied from single-phase al-
ternating current mains only. It is double insulat-
ed according to EN 60745-1 and IEC 60745 and
can be connected to grounded or not grounded
sockets. This power tool is radio suppressed in
compliance with EMC Directive.
This power tool is designed for minor finish
processing of metals, plastics and wood by
means of abrasive wheels and HSS tools.
The straight grinder can be used for grinding,
cutting, cleaning burrs and welds and polishing.
It is designated to operate with grinding wheels
allowing peripheral speed 45 m/s. The model
MK 550E is equipped with electronic regulator of
rotation speed for choosing the optimum duty.
