Grab the left padding of the cheek pad and pull towards the inside of the helmet to
release the first securing button from the chin guard frame (Fig. 9 C).

Release the roll-neck eyelet from the frame fixed to the outer shell (fig. 9 D).

Hook the left eyelet of the Wind Protector and then the roll-neck eyelet to the frame fixed
to the outer shell (Fig.9E) making sure that the middle hole of the same frame stays free.

Press down on the cheek padding, at the fixing button located on the back of the
padding, to hook it once again to the chin guard frame (Fig. 9 C).

Carry out the same operations on the right side of the helmet.
WARNING!!!
The Wind Protector is easily removable. You can check the correct assembly of this acces-
sory by pulling it gently towards the inner part of the helmet with your thumb and forefinger.
If it moves, repeat the assembling steps.
5)
REMOVABLE INNER COMFORT PADDING
(Only for versions equipped with removable inner padding)
To remove and/or reassemble the inner comfort padding, lift the VPS (Fig. 6A).
5.1
DISASSEMBLY
5.1.1 Pull up the visor and unfasten the chin strap (see relative instructions).
5.1.2 Take hold of the left cheek pad and pull towards the inside of the helmet to undo the
snap fasteners on the back (Fig. 10).
5.1.3 Repeat steps 5.1.2 on the right cheek pad.
5.1.4 Remove the zip flap from the anti-flutter elastic on the right side of the roll-neck and
open the zip (Fig. 11).
5.1.5 Release the roll-neck eyelet from the frame fixed to the outer shell (Fig. 12) on both
sides and remove the roll-neck from the helmet.
To use the helmet without roll-neck, remove the cheek pads as indicated in the section 5.2
(steps 5.2.7 to 5.2.9) and check the correct adjustment of the chin strap (see instructions in
the attachment).
5.1.6 Unhook the left rear fastening flap from the support fixed to the inner shell by slightly
deforming the shell sealing edge and slightly pulling the comfort padding in the helmet
neck-ring area towards the inside (Fig. 13).
Then repeat the same steps to remove the central flap as well as the right rear flap.
5.1.7 Hold the left front part of the liner and pull it upwards in order to remove the liner flap
from the support fixed to the polystyrene inner shell (Fig. 14). Repeat the same steps
to remove the right and central front flap.
5.1.8 Completely remove the liner from the helmet.
5.2
ASSEMBLY
5.2.1 Insert the liner correctly into the helmet and fit it well against the base.
5.2.2 Insert the left front flap into the seat on the support fixed to the polystyrene inner shell
and push it slightly downwards until it is completely locked (Fig. 14). Follow the same
steps for the right and central front flap.
