Note: To use the helmet in the jet configuration, assemble the side covers as indicated in
the section 7) of this instruction manual.
WARNING!!!
• Do not use the helmet if the chin guard or the side covers have not been
assembled.
• Using the helmet in its full configuration (chin guard fastened and visor closed)
definitely guarantees a higher level of protection.
6.2 CHIN GUARD FASTENING
6.2.1 Open the visor completely.
Before fastening the chin guard to the helmet, remove the SIDE COVERS as indicated
in the section 7 (steps 7.1.1 to 7.1.4).
6.2.2 Place the left end of the chin guard in the side shell slot (Fig. 16 A); press it towards the
inside of the helmet and slid towards the back of the helmet until you hear a click prov-
ing the fastening of the mechanism (Fig. 16 B). Perform the same operation on the right
side of the helmet.
6.2.3 Make sure the chin guard is correctly fastened at both ends by pulling it towards the
outside of the helmet.
7) HELMET IN JET CONFIGURATION (J)
7.1 RELEASING THE SIDE COVERS
7.1.1 Open the visor completely.
7.1.2 Take hold of the left cheek pad and pull towards the inside of the helmet to undo the
first snap fastener from the chin guard frame (Fig. 15 A).
7.1.3 Press the release lever A (Fig. 15 A) on the shell frame while sliding the side cover
towards the front of the helmet (Fig. 15 C).
Carry out the same step on the right side of the helmet.
7.1.4 Make sure that the roll-neck eyelet is correctly place on the frame fixed to the outer
shell and hook the left and right pad buttons.
Note: To use the helmet in the full-face configuration, assemble the chin guard as indicated
in the section 6.2 (steps 6.2.1 to 6.2.3) of this instruction manual.

7.2 FASTENING THE SIDE COVERS
Warning: the left side cover, identified with "L" on the inside, is different from the right one,
identified with "R".
7.2.1 Open the visor completely.
7.2.2 Place the left side cover in the side shell slot (Fig. 17); press it towards the inside of the
helmet and slid towards the back of the helmet until you hear a click proving the fas-
tening of the mechanism (Fig. 18).
