7.2.3 Make sure that the side cover is correctly fastened by pulling it gently outwards.
Perform the same operation on the right side of the helmet.
WARNING!

Never remove the semi-rigid inner padding of the chin guard.

When the helmet is used without the chin guard, always assemble the side
covers supplied as standard.

If in doubt on how the manual chin guard release device works, please contact a
Nolan dealer.

FRONT TOP VENTILATION SYSTEM (Fig. 19)
The air intake located on the front part of the shell allows conveying air into the helmet, no
matter the position of the VPS (activated-deactivated):
A) closed
B) open

The two upper air intakes convey the air outwards:

The rear extractor, located under the spoiler, ensures optimal heat dissipation.

The lower ventilation system is controlled by a practical, easy to handle device that, located
on the bottom of the chin guard (full-face configuration), allows conveying air directly to the
visor to limit fogging and formation of condensation:
