INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
X-402T is not fitted with a chin guard;
therefore, it is a Jet J helmet, which can
be converted into the X-402 GT P ver-
sion only by purchasing the chin guard
as an accessory.
X-402GT is fitted with a removable
chin guard. It can be used in different
configurations, thanks to the accesso-
ries included in the package, as
described on page 21.
Using the helmet in its full configura-
tion (chin guard fastened and visor
closed) definitely guarantees a higher
level of protection if compared with the
other possible configurations.
• SCRATCH RESISTANT VISOR: SCRATCH-RESISTANT COATED

1 Removal (Fig. 1)
1.1 Open the visor completely.
1.2 Press and hold the visor release button (A) down and slide the visor forward until
it clicks.
1.3 Free the visor hooks (B1 and B2) from their housing.
1.4 Follow the same steps on the other side of the helmet.
2 Assembly (Fig. 2)
2.1 Set the visor in open position by placing the visor hooks (B1 and B2) in line with
the housings in the visor mechanism.
2.2 Insert hook B1 in the housing provided and press the visor against the shell in
line with hook B2. This will actuate the visor release button.
2.3 Slide the visor until the visor locks into place.
2.4 Follow the same steps on the other side of the helmet.
