1.3 - Visor control adjustment
The side controls consist of two adjusters for the visor release levers
(Fig. 3 - part. A). The visor adjusters are factory-adjusted for ideal
operation. Check the correct operation of these controls as follows:
open the visor using the red lever on the helmet's chin-guard
(see 1.1.1);
check that the two visor release levers operate simultaneously on
both sides of the helmet.
Otherwise, correct as follows:
open the visor with your hand to its fully open position;
with the visor opening red lever in its top position, work the
adjusters until the release levers become aligned with the
reference arrows provided at the base of the side controls
(Fig. 4);
release the visor opening red lever to its standard (bottom)
position, and make sure that the release levers are positioned as
shown in Fig. 3;
close the visor and check that it seals perfectly and is flush with
the shell.
