G. CHECK FOR FIRMWARE UPDATES
Firmware is an operating system running on your mower's on-board computer. Periodically new versions of firmware
become available. It is highly recommended that the latest version is installed on your mower to make sure that the
mower delivers the best performance, safety, and energy consumption.
INSTALLING AND SETTING UP THE APP
1. Download the EGO Power+ app from App Store for iOS devices such as iPhone or from Google Play for Android
devices.
2. Make sure that Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile device and your device is connected to internet.
3. In the app, press "SIGN IN" if you already have an account or "SIGN UP" and follow the steps to create a new
account.
4. Briefly press the "Start/Stop" button on the mower – the LCD screen will light up and display the "fuel gauge". Do
NOT hold the button down to fully turn on the mower (the screen and ALL the buttons light up).
5. In the app, tap "Add Tool" and follow the app's instructions to
scan the QR code. The QR code and the Serial Number can be
found on the left inside the foot-rest area (Fig. 14).
6. If the app fails to scan the QR code, you will be prompted
to manually enter the serial number. The app will add your
mower to "MY TOOLS".
7. Locate the Bluetooth
The app should automatically connect to your mower. If it does
not, please try to perform the following troubleshooting steps:

Restart your app.

Restart your mower by turning it off and on.
