VIII. AFTER-SALE SERVICE
The electrical parts must be replaced by a professional.
If the thermostat is changed (valid for all models) comply with the code stipulated in the connection diagram
inside or near the protective cover of the electrical elements.
REINFORCED RANGE : The device must be emptied so that the reinforced resistor can be replaced.
STEATITE RANGE: IMPORTANT : During an intervention by the after-sale service on a steatite water heater,
it is imperative to replace the plastic separator between the thermostat and the resistor so as to ensure that the
water heater functions properly.
The device need not necessarily be emptied to replace the heating element. Nevertheless, see paragraph VI
for the scale stripping and anode checking operation.
DRY-TECH RANGE : The device need not necessarily be emptied to replace the heating element.

IX. GUARATEE LIMITS
The battery of the PROfessional TECH devices is not covered by the guarantee.
These guarantees shall not cover, defects due to:
Abnormal environmental conditions:
• positioning in a place subject to frost or foul weather;
• supply with rain water, well, or with particularly abnormal criteria, non-compliant with the national rules
and regulations in force;
• the guarantee shall be limited to the exchange or repair of devices and components that we have
recognised to be defective from the outset. If necessary, the part or product must be returned to one of
our plants, but only with the prior consent of our technical services. Labour, shipping, packaging and
