sed. To avoid this, we recommend a safe wall anchoring next to the nursing bed.
Mounting material (dowels and screws) for wall mounting is not enclosed, as it de-
pends on the consistency of the wall. Please use mounting material that is suitable
for the respective consistency of the wall. In the case of related questions, please
contact the local specialist shop.
If the CareBoard
this bracket needs to be mounted about 27 cm from the lower edge of the foot sec-
tion. If the bed has an „A-k" foot section, this spacing is reduced to about 15 cm.
Pass the CareBoard
If the CareBoard
is attached to the bed's foot end with a holder (optional), the CareBoard
®
cable exit is in the center below the foot section.
The adapter cable (pos. d) must be laid out individually for the call systems installed in the
building and must be ordered with Wissner-Bosserhoff GmbH. Connect the bed to the nurse
call system by attaching the nurse call cable (pos. b) to the adapter and the other end to the
call system.
To allow you to continue using the hand-held switch on your nurse call system and also to
connect sentida 7-i, two sockets are necessary. If your nurse call system does not have a so-
cket, a Y adapter is required. You can obtain one from your call system manufacturer. Please
also ask the manufacturer about any risks and other information that should be noted.
If there is a Y cable for the corresponding call system, both connectors on the Y cable may
need to be occupied (e.g. by a handheld switch). As final step, connect the power cable to the
power supply.
Wissner-Bosserhoff is not responsible for the incorrect use of Y adapters or any possible da-
mage to the call system that may result, and accepts no liability for such damage.

4.3 Wireless version connection to the nurse call system

The wireless version connection for the most part corresponds to the cable version connec-
tion. The only difference is that no cable is connected to the nurse call connector and an ad-
apter cable is connected to the wireless receiver instead (see following illustration). The only
cables coming from the bed are the CareBoard
illustration, this means that position c is omitted.
