11.2 Moving and braking (movita casa)

There is a covered axle with lockable castors beneath the head and foot end. On the inner side
of this undercarriage cover, there is a braking lever located at the left and right side of the bed.
With this lever, you can release or lock the castors for each axle.

1. Pull the braking lever up to release the brakes.
2. Press the brake lever down to brake the bed.
When moving the bed, please adhere to the following steps:

Release the brakes.
▪
At its head or foot end, move the bed to the desired position.
▪
Then, activate the castors again by pushing the brake bar.

The movita 2-d model has individual cas-
tor locking.
To brake, the brake lever must be pres-
sed down on each individual castor. To
unlock the brake, these must be pressed
back up.
