9. Warranty

The manufacturer offers the following independent warranty declaration for the product:

9.1 Area of product use

The warranty applies only to products that are used correctly and as they were intended.

9.2 Warranty period

The warranty period is two years and begins with the transfer of the product's risk to the purchaser, who will use the unit for the first time in
accordance with its intended use.
Warranty claims shall only be considered which are submitted to the manufacturer within the warranty period in text form, i.e. in writing, by fax
or by email. No defects notified after the expiry of the warranty period will be acknowledged.

9.3 Content of the warranty

Our warranty represents an independent extension of the legal warranty against defects. We also cover any defects which, following the transfer
of risk, occur within the warranty period and which are notified to us within this period.

9.4 Scope of services in the event of a warranty claim

The warranty comprises exclusively the material costs of spare parts for the parts that require replacement or are faulty. Excluded from the warran-
ty are in particular labour or wage costs for the replacement / repair of defective parts, materials and services in relation to regular maintenance,
as well as transport costs arising in relation to any repair. In particular, no costs will be covered if repairs are undertaken without first contacting
the manufacturer.

9.5 Restrictions

Essentially excluded from the warranty are defects that are caused by negligent or wilful damage to the product, incorrect use, incorrect operation
and/or unprofessional electrical connections or excessive strain on the product. This warranty does not cover wear parts in the product, such as
brushes, seals, bearings, guides, rollers, rubber buffers, springs, etc.)

9.6 Voiding of the warranty

The warranty shall become void independently of the warranty period set out above should the user not carry out the prescribed maintenance
in a timely and correct manner or have such work carried out, or fail to replace worn parts in good time or continue to use the product despite
recognisable defects and/or damage in an un-repaired state. The warranty shall also become void should the product be opened, repaired and/or
its technology modified by any unauthorised and/or inappropriate specialist.

9.7 Disclaimer

Liability for compensation is restricted to cases of gross negligence and/or wilful intent. This limitation of liability does not apply to injury to life,
limb or human well-being.

9.8 General warranty

The statutory rights of the consumer are not affected by this warranty.
