The motor is activated by raising the brushes; the inductive sensor is raised via the switch flag and the LED light on the back of the sensor goes
out. Once the brush carriage is raised and the sensor loses its contact with the switch flag, the brushes start to rotate for the set cycle time (de-
fault setting 60 seconds). If the brush is in the rest position when the work cycle is finished, the motor switches off. At the next activation or if the
brush is still raised after the cycle time has elapsed, the motor changes the direction of rotation in contrast to the previous cycle and runs another
cycle. By changing direction, the bristles are worn evenly and wear is reduced.
6.3 Display and electronics
The display serves to indicate the operating status (faults).
The electronics control activation, the safety shut-off and the cycle length.
