How to Assemble: Sorbet Strainer

STEP
Assemble the hopper, like the picture,
with either safety line aligned with unlock
symbol on chamber and turn it clockwise
until it is locked completely and the safety
line is aligned with lock symbol.
NOTE
The hopper can
be operated when
assembled in either
direction for easier
operation by user.
