PROBLEM
The machine does not start

CAUSE
Low battery.
Main fuse blown.
Defective key.
Gearmotor fault.
Faulty Electronic board.
Recovery tank full.
Defective turbine motor.
Faulty Electronic board.
Aspirator off.
Aspiration tube blocked.
Recovery tank full.
Squeegee rubber
worn.
Empty tank.
Filter clogged.
Pump solenoid valve not
functioning.
Defective water pump.
Faulty Electronic board.

SOLUTION
Check that the battery is
charged.
Replace the fuse found on
the battery cable. (*)
Change the key. (*)
Replace gearmotor. (*)
Replace the electronic board.
Empty the tank.
Replace the turbine motor. (*)
Replace the electronic board.

Start up the aspirator.
Check and
clean the aspiration tube that
connects the squeegee to
the recovery tank.
Empty the recovery tank.
blades Replace or turn over the
squeegee rubber blades.
Fill the tank.
Clean the filter.
Replace the solenoid valve

Replace the water pump. (*)
Replace the electronic board.
