TO INSTALL / REMOVE BATTERY PACK
See Figure 2.
Make sure the mode selection dial is in the OFF

position before installing or removing the battery
pack.
To remove the battery pack:
Use a small phillips screwdriver to loosen the screws
Q
and remove the battery cover.
NOTE: The screws stay attached to the cover. There
is an o-ring in the slot in the housing. Make sure the
o-ring is fully seated in the slot.
Insert the battery pack in the direction shown.
Q
Replace the battery compartment cover and reattach
Q
with the screws.
Do not attempt to take readings unless the battery
Q
door is securely closed.
