WARNINGS :

- Any work at heights is risky; only individuals with perfect health and in good physical condition should
work at heights and confront any emergency situations.
- This equipment is a vital safety instrument; any incorrect use can cause mortal danger to the user in
case of a fall.
- It is recommended to assign this equipment individually to a user in order to ensure better surveillance.
- It must only be used by a competent person who has been trained in its use, or someone placed
under the supervision of such a person who is capable of ensuring the safety of the intervener.
- The rescue solutions required for any rescue operation must be planned before and during any
intervention.
- This equipment must not be used in excess of its limits or in any situation other than what it has been
designed for.
DESCRIPTION (#2):
The NCE4 belt for work positioning and restraint is a personal protective equipment (PPE) for work
positioning and prevention of falling from a height. These belts are designed for all types of work, either
to prevent the user from reaching a location from which a fall can occur (restraint), or to securely hold
the user at his workstation, such that he can distribute and control his weight between his waist and
his feet (work positioning).
This belt is a rotating belt which means that it allows the body to turn without dragging the work
positioning lanyard along in its movement (#3).
By virtue of its design, this belt can also be integrated in a detachable manner into a safety harness if
permitted by the design of the latter (#4).
The belt consists of:
- 2 side hooking points to maintain the position at the workstation and/or limit movement (Conforms
to the EN 358:2018 standard #2).
-- 2 tool-holder cords and 2 plastic tool-holder dice on the belt backrest.
Materials: The main straps are made of polyester, other components: polyamide and aluminium.
This belt is available in 5 sizes in order to best suit the morphology of the individual (S-M-L-XL-2XL) (#5).
MOUNTING THE BELT ON THE HARNESS (#4):
A : Place the belt on the floor. Take the harness by the dorsal D and locate the Vs on the thigh straps.
