Welding System Composition.
The Cebora SOUND TIG ROBOT Welding
System is a multi-process system for TIG welding,
developed for use in combination with a Welding
Robot arm on automated welding systems.

It comprises a Power Source, with integrated
Control Panel, a Cooling Unit, a Wire Feeder Unit
(optional) and, if necessary, a Robot Interface (fig.
2).

The Power Source (21) communicates with the
CNC Automated Plant (Robot) via CAN bus (CAN-
2) serial line.
NOTE: If the Robot Control (fig. 2) has the
CANopen DS401 communication line type,
the interface (25) and the cable (26) are not
necessary.
In such case the CANopen (4) cable must be
requested separately to Cebora.

This manual.
This Instruction Manual refers to the "cool wire"
applications WF4-R6, art. 1667.00, Wire Feeder
and has been prepared to educate the personnel
assigned to install, operate and maintain the
Welding System.
It must be stored carefully in a place familiar to
users and consulted whenever there are doubts.
It must be kept for the entire operative life-span of
the machine and used to order spare parts.
