BA connector (external signals).
NOTE: All command signals must be delivered by
contacts free from voltage.
Motor +/-. Output voltage for Push-Pull torch
motor drive.
Wire Inch. Digital input, functionally parallel
connected to the Wire Inch signal coming from
Robot Control. If Wire Retract is active Wire
Inch is not operative.
Encoder_CHA - /CHA. Input signals from Push-
Pull torch motor encoder.
Wire Retract. Digital input, functionally parallel
connected to the Wire Retract signal coming
from Robot Control. If Wire Inch is active Wire
Retract is not operative.
Gas Test. Digital input, functionally parallel
connected to the Gas Test signal coming from
Robot Control.
+5V/GND. Output voltage for Push-Pull torch
motor encoder supply.
Gas nozzle. Digital input. Connect to an external
gas flow meter (optional kit).
Collision Protection +/-. Digital input. Is repeated
to the Robot Interface or to the Robot Control
with 10 ms max. delay; doesn't produce any
effect on welding process.
+12V_ISO / GND-ISO. Output voltage for external
signals supply.

MAINTENANCE.
5.1
Periodic inspection, cleaning.
Periodically make sure that the Welding System
equipment and all connections are in proper
condition to ensure operator safety.
Periodically open the panels of the Wire Feeder to
check the internal parts.
Check the condition of the internal connections and
connectors on the electronic boards; if you find
"loose" connections, tighten or replace the
connectors.
Remove any dirt or metal dust from the wire liner
and gear motor unit, using a jet of low-pressure dry
compressed air or a brush.
Make sure that the mechanical parts of the roller
unit are not worn to the point where they need to be
replaced.
After making a repair, be careful to arrange the
wiring in such a way that the parts connected to the
power supply are safely insulated from the parts
connected to the welding circuit.
Do not allow wires to come into contact with
moving parts or those that heat up during operation.
Mount the clamps as on the original machine to
prevent, if a conductor accidentally breaks or
becomes disconnected, a connection from occurring
between Power Supply and the welding circuits.
5.2
Programming.
For the Wire Feeder unit programming or Firmware
updating, Cebora delivers the "Cebora Device
Manager" program, downloadable from the Cebora
web site http://www.cebora.it.
"Cebora Device Manager" has to be installed into a
PC with Windows Operating System, equipped with
RS232 serial port or appropriate USB adapter.
Connecting the PC to the Power Source, is possible
to program both the Power Source and all the
devices connected to it, so also the Wire Feeder unit.
In the Cebora web site are available the program
files, named *.ceb or *.fwu, to install in the
equipments and the Instruction Manual to help in
using the "Cebora Device Manager".
