OPERATING
Dehydrate the food is the best and most efficient way to store food while preserving the properties nutrients.
In this way, you can freely enjoy all kinds of fruits and vegetables all year round. In addition, you can use the
dryer to dehydrate flowers, grass, grain, etc. ...

Lay the food on trays (2), without stacking it up so that the heat can circulate freely between each tray.

Place the trays on the housing (3) and stack the trays one above the other.
Always use the lid when the product is working.

Turn the food dryer on by pressing the "ON" button. The working light turns red

Set the temperature with the knob (5). Here the advised temperatures:
Herbs 35-40℃
Yoghurt 45-50℃
Fruit 55-60℃

Press "OFF" to turn off the machine, then disconnect the power plug.

Place the food in a sealed container once it has completely cooled.
Note: All trays (2) should be stacked on the device, even empty ones. Therefore is advisable to put the trays
with food in the upper part and the empty trays in the lower part, near the ventilation fan.
Hints for use

Before drying process, you should wash and dry foods thoroughly before hanging on trays

Clean the food from any damaged parts or gears and remove the skins.

Cut the food in such a way that they can be placed without difficulty on the trays. Food should not stack it
up. The duration of dehydrating depends on food thickness.

During the drying process, you may want to move up or down the trays if the food does not become
dehydrated on a regular basis. Before proceeding, make sure you have turned off the power and
unplugged the unit from the electrical outlet.

Some foods with skin or peel need more time to dry. The best way to solve the problem is to boil for 1-2
minutes and let cool in cold water. Place them on the device only after having carefully dried all parts.

Fruit can be dehidrated naturally or with addition of lemon or apple juice to not let it fade. If you want
your fruits to smell pleasantly, you can add cinnamon or coconut swaft.

The drying time is affected by temperature, air humidity, type of food, size and quantity. The drying
times and temperatures shown in this user's manual are indicative.
Storage

Thoroughly wash and dry the container before storing food.
