These 4-way 3-position manual valves have a float offset flow path in the center
position, which blocks off oil flow from the power source when the valve is in the
neutral position.
The CYL1 and CYL2 valve ports drain to tank in the center position, allowing hoses
from the valve or the manifold to be disconnected from the fixture in double-acting
palletized operations. One of the ports can be blocked off for single-acting applications.
NOTE: Use demand-style power units with these valves to prevent excessive heat build-
up when the valve is in the center position. Pressure switch electric pumps or the Turbo
air pump are demand-style power units that will not run over the relief when oil flow is
deadheaded, preventing heat build-up.
To avoid personal injury or property damage during system operation, read and follow
all CAUTIONS, WARNINGS, and INSTRUCTIONS included with or attached to each
product. ENERPAC CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE OR
INJURY RESULTING FROM UNSAFE USE OF PRODUCT, LACK OF
MAINTENANCE, OR INCORRECT PRODUCT AND SYSTEM APPLICATION.
Contact Enerpac when in doubt as to applications or safety precautions.
WARNING
To avoid personal injury, always wear proper personal protective gear
