Symptoms

FAULT FINDING

Cause
Start/stop button not
activated.
High pressure cleaner not
connected to the power.
Fuse burnt out.
Fuse burnt out.
Low voltage.
Motor or coil too warm.
Operating pressure too
high (nozzle dirty).
Fuse burnt out.
Pump blocked.
Air in the pump.
Lack of water.
Primary nozzle partly
blocked.
Pressure nozzle partly
blocked.
Turbo Laser dirty.
Turbo Laser filter
dirty.
Gaskets defective.
Detergent tank empty.
Detergent filter dirty.
Water in the fuel.
Detergent tank empty
(takes in air).
Suction side of pump leaks
(takes in air).
Thermostat set too low.
No fuel.
Fuel filter dirty.
Water in the fuel.
Corrective action
Set start/stop button in pos. "0".
Put in the plug, switch on
the mains switch.
Change fuse. If fuse burns out again,
contact service department.
Change fuse. If fuse burns out again,
contact service department.
Extension cable too long, contact
service department.
Set start/stop button in pos. "0"
and wait 15 min. Restart the machine.
Clean/change nozzle (see technical
data).
Change fuse. If fuse burns out again or
motor still hums, contact service
department.
Use the special key - see "STARTING
GUIDE".
Tighten suction hose.
Clean suction filter. Open tap
completely.
Remove and clean front nozzle.
Remove and clean pressure nozzle.
Disconnect and clean Turbo Laser.
Clean/change the filter (see
maintenance).
The leak may seal itself by continued
usage.
Change gaskets (Service kit).
Fill tank.
Clean detergent filter.
Empty and clean fuel tank.
Fill tank.
Check for leaks -
tighten hose clamp.
Check thermostat setting
and make correction.
Fill tank.
Change fuel filter.
Empty and clean fuel tank .
