Troubleshooting

If the voltage supply is absent in the BEA 055, measur‑
ing unit and KTS 560 / 590, the fuse (T4AL 250 V) used
for the voltage supply must be checked and replaced if
defective.

Procedure:
1. Switch off FSA 740 Edition at the central power
switch on the back of the unit (fig. 2, item 5).
2. Remove the socket head screws and cover plate
(fig. 5, item 3) from the trolley.
3. Open the fuse holder cap (fig. 5, item 1) on the fuse
holder (fig. 5, item 2) in counterclockwise direction.
4. Pull out the fuse and check it.
5. If the fuse is defective insert a new one (T4AL
250V).
6. Close the fuse holder in clockwise direction.
7. Attach cover plate to the trolley using socket head
screws.
8. Switch on FSA 740 Edition.
