Manual for operating the
device via Wi-Fi and application
Before use, read the basic operation manual included with the
device. It is also available at www.eldom.eu.
Due to continuous product and application development, there may have been changes made that are not
covered by this manual. These changes are intended to improve the functionality of the application and will
not impair the product's performance. The current version of the manual is available for download at www.
eldom.eu.
WARNINGS
It is recommended that the heater is disconnected from the power supply while the user is away to
prevent unintentional switching on.
"TUYA SMART" APPLICATION
The HC500C heater can be controlled either from the control panel or remote control, or via the home
network. The condition is a permanent Wi-Fi connection with a 2.4 GHz router and the free "Tuya Smart"
application installed on a mobile device.
The "Tuya Smart" application is available for Android and iOS systems.
Application system requirements:

iOS 10.0 or later

Android 4.4 or later
DOWNLOADING AND INSTALLING THE APPLICATION

NOTE:
Depending on the provider, downloading the application may incur costs.
You can use the application only after creating and registering an account.
If you have previously created an account, you can log in straight away; if not, you will need to create
one.
CREATING AN ACCOUNT
Switch on the device and click the "SIGN IN" field. It is necessary to agree to the terms and conditions

of the privacy policy.

The application automatically identifies the user's country.
•
Then enter your e-mail address and click on the "GET VERIFICATION CODE" field.
•
A 6-digit verification code will be sent to the entered address.
NOTE: The e-mail with the verification code may end up in the SPAM folder of the mailbox.
After verifying the code, set the password and click the "DONE" field.
Once the sign in process is complete, you will be automatically logged into the application.
CONFIGURING THE ACCOUNT
After first logging into the application, you can create a "family". With more devices, this is helpful in man-
aging them.
To do this – enter its name, specify the locations (not mandatory) and the number of rooms and click the
"Finish" field.

LOGGING IN
Open the application and click on the "LOG IN" field.

Enter the e-mail address and password and click on the "LOG IN" field.

If an account has been previously configured, after logging in the screen will show a list of devices that
can be operated.
ADDING A DEVICE

Connect the heater to the mains compliant with the current parameters specified on the device.
Open the application and click on the "ADD DEVICE" field or the "+" sign (located in the upper right
•
corner).
•
From the "SMALL HOME APPLIANCES" select "HEATER (Wi-Fi)".
•
Select a Wi-Fi network and enter a password to it.
•
The device can be added when the heater is in standby mode (the device is connected to the mains
but not switched on) and the indicator
on the display is flashing rapidly. To do so, press and hold the
button
located on the heater control panel for approx. 5 s. A rapidly flashing indicator
message "AP 00" will appear on the display.

Then click on the "CONFIRM INDICATOR RAPIDLY BLINK" field in the application and press the
"NEXT" button.

The correct connection of the heater to the application is signalled by the constant lighting of the indi-
cator on the device display

Once the heater is connected, its name – "HC500 slab" – will appear in the application. It is possible
to change the name.
CONTROLLING THE HEATER VIA THE APPLICATION
The heater must be connected to a power supply, stand within the Wi-Fi range and be connected to the ap-
plication. Familiarise yourself with the heater operating principle as described in the basic operation manual
supplied with the device.

Open the application and select a device from the list.
•
A control bar will appear at the bottom.
•
Switch on the heater with the "Switch" button – the display will activate and the current room temper-
ature will be displayed.
•
Use the "-" and "+" buttons to set the desired temperature.
•
After pressing the "Mode" button select the operating mode.
After pressing the "Timer" button you can select the operating time of the device.
•
Activation of the button lock, the "window" function and setting of the weekly operating schedule is
•
possible after pressing the "Settings" button.
•
To switch off the heater, click the "Switch" button.
