Purging air from the fork legs
The continued operation of the forks generates pressure in the fork legs
so the air pressure must be purged on a regular basis.
- Place the motorcycle on a centre stand.
- Remove the bleeder screws (1) (one on each fork leg).
WARNING
Carry out this operation on a regular basis. See Maintenance table.
Remember to fi t the O-ring on the bolts.
TIP
For good performance, it is recommended that both legs be purged.
