8. WARRANTY OF DEPURO PRODUCT
DEPURO PRO equipment is guaranteed for a period of 24 months * from its acquisition date (always keep the
purchase invoice and/or delivery note). This warranty period is finished even though the product has not been used
immediately after its purchase.
*Any damage, malfunction or default caused to the device itself or to third parties affected caused by its
incorrect or improper use, normal wear and tear, overload, or its manipulation by personnel not authorized by the
manufacturer, will be excluded from this guarantee. The obligation assumed by this guarantee is limited to the part
replacement considered to be defective after examination by our specialists. These spare parts do not include filters
as a consumable set part and must be replaced periodically within the maintenance unit obligations.
The DEPURO PRO maintenance and readjustment operations must always be carried out by duly trained specialists.
In no case any modification or appliance fixing (replacing parts) can be done without previous manufacturer
authorization. During the appliance warranty period, repairs may only be carried out by the official Technical Assistance
Service or authorized personnel and always with the prior manufacturer consent.
9. CERTIFICATIONS AND DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY CE OF DEPURO PRO PRODUCT
Vortice, as manufacturer of the air purifiers Plug & play with tradename DEPURO PRO, we declare under our only
responsibility that are according to the following standards and directive:

9.1. FILTRATION

Regarding filtration issue, VORTICE is equipped with a dual filtration stage (Pre-filter: ISO COARSE 65% + High
Efficiency Absolute Filter: HEPA H14 *) that is in compliance with the European Standard EN 1822 for
absolute filters (EPA, HEPA and ULPA).

9.2. MOTORS

The product motors have a protection index of IP44 and insulation class B

9.3. GENERAL DIRECTIVES:

Considering that it is an electric machine with integrated electronic control, it is also in accordance with the
directives to comply with the CE marking requirements.
