Securing Your Child

1� Ensure that you have
followed all instructions for
adjustment of the harness
and buckle into the correct
position for your child� See
page 32�
2� Loosen the harness by
pressing down the harness
adjuster button while
pulling both harness straps
forward�
3� Press the tab and pull
apart the two halves to
release the chest clip�
4� Release the buckle and
attach the harness straps
to the harness holders�

5� Place the child in the infant
car seat as shown� Ensure
the child is positioned
upright in the infant car seat
and not slouching� Their
bottom and back must rest
flat against the infant car
seat�
6� Position the harness straps
around the child� See page
32�
IMPORTANT: Remove
bulky coats and/ or
jackets before putting the
child in the child seat�
7� Buckle the harness�
* Connection is confirmed
with an audible click
after inserting each
buckle tongue�
* Always pull on the
buckle to ensure it is
properly connected�
