OPERATION
Note: Before use, check that the power supply voltage matches the value on the
nameplate.
• Turn the power on by plugging the power plug into the wall outlet. The indicator
lights green to indicate that the unit is in standby mode. Set the controller to the
desired temperature, now the working light is yellow, the heating plate is working.
• After heating up, you can reset the thermostat knob to the desired temperature at
any time.
• When the temperature has reached the set temperature, the yellow light goes
out, then it switches to heating mode and the user can start working. When the
temperature drops, the thermostat automatically starts to work again and this
process is repeated to ensure that the temperature remains at the set level.
• The lower box is used to collect the remaining oil from the heating plate. It should be
cleaned regularly to prevent overflow.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
• Switch off the appliance before cleaning and unplug the appliance.
• The appliance should not be cleaned with a jet of water and the appliance or any
part thereof should not be immersed in water for cleaning.
• Clean the unit with a soft, dry cloth after each use. Do not use sharp or pointed
objects for cleaning and do not clean the appliance under running water.
• Remove the remaining oil after each use.
Reset after overheating
• The thermal protection device switches off the heating elements if the temperature is
too high during use.
• Check the machine after the current has been interrupted and the oil has cooled to
room temperature. Open the reset button cover at the rear of the machine and press
the reset button to restart the machine.
