Asennusohjeet:
1.)
Irroittakaa puskurin liuska ja vararengas.
2.)
Asettakaa molemmat neliöruuvit M12 paikoilleen ajoneuvossa oleviin häkkeihin ja kääntäkää
varmuuslevyjä 90° ylöspäin.
3.)
Viekää molemmat neliökantaiset upporuuvit "3" pohjapellissä olevien aukkojen läpi ja asettakaa
paikoilleen kiinnitykseen "a".
4.)
Viekää vetokoukun perusosa "1" ajoneuvon alle.
Ruuvatkaa vetokoukun perusosa löysästi ajoneuvoon kiinnityksen "a" uppokantaruuveilla M 12x40
ja neliökantaisilla upporuuveilla "3" sekä kiinnityksen "b" lieriökantaisilla ruuveilla M 12x30,
aluslaatoilla 30x12,5x3 ja neliömuttereilla M12.
5.)
Ruuvatkaa vetokoukun peruskappale löysästi kiinni kiinnityksen "d" kuusioruuveilla M 12x35,
aluslaatoilla 30x12,5x3, kuusiomuttereilla M 12 ja kiinnityksen "c" uppokantaruuveilla M 16x50,
aluslaatoilla 30x17x3 ja kuusiomuttereilla M 16.
6.)
Suoristakaa vetokoukku "1" ja kiristäkää kaikki ruuvit oheisilla kiristysmomenteilla.
Kiristysmomentti:
M12:lle "a":lla ja "b":llä
M12:lle "d":llä
M16:lle "c":llä
7.)
Leikatkaa puskurista irti liuska mukana toimitetun leikkuumallin mukaisesti.
8.)
Asettakaa vararengas ja puskurin liuska jälleen paikoilleen.

Oikeudet muutoksiin pidätetään.
Installation instructions:
1.)
Remove the flap from the bumper and the spare wheel.
2.)
Insert the two M 12 square nuts into the available retainers in the vehicle and bend the safety plates
up 90°.
3.)
Insert the two joints „3" through the available openings in the floor panel and position at „a".
4.)
Hold the towing bracket „1" under the vehicle.
Attach it loosely to the vehicle at positions „a" using the M 12 x 40 countersunk bolts and joints „3"
and at positions "b" using the M 12 x 30 cheese-head bolts, 30 x 12.5 x 3 washers and M 12 square
nuts.
5.)
Attach the towing bracket loosely at position „d" using the M 12 x 35 hexagon bolts, 30x12.5x3
washers, M 12 hexagon nuts and at position „c" using the M 16 x 50 countersunk bolts, 30x17x3
washers and M 16 hexagon nuts.
6.)
Align the towing bracket and tighten all the bolts to the specified tightening torque.
Tightening torque:

M 12 at „a" and „b"

M 12 at „d"
for
M 16 at „c"
7.)
Use the template provided to mark the flap in the bumper and cut out the flap.
8.)
Replace the spare wheel and refit the flap in the bumper.
