CALIBRATE THE LEAK DETECT SENSITIVITY
TO BE INSTALLED AND MAINTAINED BY PROPERLY TRAINED
PROFESSIONAL INSTALLER ONLY. READ MANUAL & LABELS FOR ALL
SAFETY INFORMATION & INSTRUCTIONS.
Turn off water system, disable all pumps and depressurize the
system before performing installation. Always wear proper protective safety
equipment when working with metering pumps.
1. Fixed: Put pump in Standby by connecting a jumper wire between terminals Standby
(-) position 19 and Standby (+) position 20.
Variable: Turn pump off, by setting potentiometer to

2. Unplug the pump.
3. Remove tube housing cover from the pump head.
4. Remove the signal cover to allow access to the leak detect adjustment potentiometer.
5. Use a small flat blade screwdriver less than 3 mm and turn the potentiometer
clockwise until there is a clicking sound (approx. 25 rotations).
6. Plug the pump in.
