Rollers worn or broken

IMPORTANT: DO NOT TWIST THE TUBE during installation.
To ensure it doesn't twist, keep the tube positioned so the
printed description stays aligned along the length of the tube.

SOLUTION
Check chemical compatibility
Replace tube according to instructions
Replenish solution
Maintain suction line 2-3" above bottom
of tank
Inspect or replace suction line
Replace ferrules
Inspect and clean injection point
Clean and/or replace as needed
Replace roller assembly
Replace tube according to instructions
Pull suction line approximately 1" from
bottom of strainer, cut bottom of suction line
at an angle
Replace roller assembly
Replace tube according to instructions
Replace roller assembly
Inspect and clean injection point
Install correct tube size according to instructions
Verify system pressure against tube psi,
if needed replace tube according to instructions
Replace roller assembly
Refer to motor section
Install correct tube size according to
instructions or adjust settings
Replace roller assembly
