Use the schematics on page 60 and 61 for using the machine.
At the start of the day power up the machine with the aid of the main switch inside the ma-
chine (near the crumb collector) and press the green button to switch the machine on.
Procedure to use the machine :
Venice
1. Put your loaf on the rear tray, between the blades and the moving part ;
2. Push the green button START ;
For continuous slicing mode, push the white AUTO button.
Venice with safety cover
1. Open the safety cover ;
2. Put your loaf on the rear tray, between the blades and the moving part ;
3. Close the safety cover ;
You can not work in automatic mode with the machine equipped with the safety cover.
At the end of the day, press the red STOP button to switch the machine off.
Blower
1. Raise the tray and insert your bags in the clip ;
2. Push on the white button ;
3. Introduce the loaf into the bag ;
After use, release the white button.
Tip : After a few days of work have the blade tension checked by a qualified operator.
Capacity : Number of breads cut per day : 0 to 2.000 (depending on the type of bread).
Loaf dimensions (L x w x h) (cm): min. 12 x 6 x 6 - max. 44 x 31 x 16
Safety :
- The machine stops working when putting something in the way of the electric eye
(machine equipped without the safety cover) ;
- The opening of the safety lid will prevent the machine from working (machine equipped
with the safety cover) ;
- A message appears on the screen when a safety is engaged.
