The speed regulation is done via an air inlet regulator (not contained in the delivery).
The technical data of this tool is based on operation at 6.3 bar pressure.
Always be careful when using this impact wrench. When using the device carelessly
the inner parts resp. the housing could be damaged and the operational performance
reduced.
Press the lever for actuating the tool.
Release the lever to stop.
Note that the tool keeps running even after release of the lever.
Switch off the compressor and store it according to the operation manual after having
finished work.
Only use dry, clean air with approx. 90 PSI or 6.3 bar max. pressure. Dust, flammable
vapours and too high humidity can destroy the motor of a pneumatic device.
Do not remove labels, replace damaged labels.
Keep hands, loose clothing and long hair away from moving parts of the unit.
Screw clamping nut manually and then tighten with the supplied Allen® key, counter with
the supplied flat key at the same time.
Spark protection (protective cover) can be adjusted as required by pressing the quick
control.
The spark protection (protective cover) must not be removed for safety reasons
Check the air pressure and adjust if necessary until the correct operational pressure is
reached.
14. Maintenance and care
Lubrication:
Pneumatic tools have to be lubricated throughout their lifetime. Motor and ball bearings
need compressed air to power the tool. As the moisture in the compressed air causes
motor corrosion, the motor must be lubricated daily. We therefore recommend using an
integrated lubricator.
FÖRCH-Unit Lubricator to be assembled to pneumatic tools.
Lubricating the pneumatic motor manually:
Disconnect the device from the compressed air supply and keep up with the air inlet
upwards. Apply one or two drops of special compressed air oil into the air inlet. Reconnect
the tool to the compressed air supply, cover the air outlet at the unit with a towel and oper-
ate it for a few seconds. Never use flammable or volatile liquids such as kerosene, diesel or
gasoline for lubricating this tool.
ATTENTION!
Excess oil in the motor will be discharged immediately through the air outlet.
WARNING!
Never point air outlet towards persons or objects. The air outlet is located on the backside
of the handle.
Maintenance
Always disconnect the device from the compressed air supply before carrying out mainte-
nance work. In case of daily use, a quarterly maintenance is required, at the latest however
after 1000 operating hours. Damaged or worn components such as O-rings, bearings,
rotary blades etc. have to be replaced and all moving parts must be lubricated.
Only use the spare parts recommended by the manufacturer otherwise warranty expires.
When disposing of the components, lubricants etc., please make sure that the appropriate
guidelines for environmental protection are followed.
