Problem
No display and no fan moving
sound when power on
Abnormal vibrating noise
Normal display but can't heat or
cool
No display but fan is moving when
power on
When power on, a message:
"Power failure during running."
Water accumulated in sample wells
USB flash drive is not recognized
Tubes are deformed
Sample losing because evaporate

Cause
No line voltage
Power cord unreliable
Unstable bench

Lost power or power off the cycler
when the last program is still

The cycler is running under 4°C for
a long time while the ambient
humidity is high
The USB flash drive is
incompatible with the cycler
Tubes are poor in quality, too soft
or bad heat resistance.
Heat lid didn't work or the set
temperature of lid is too low.
Tubes, strips or microplate are
poor in quality
Microplate is not sealed tighten.
Sample volume is too small
One of heat pumps fails
System clock should be reset
The battery in the cycler should be
changed

Possible Remedies
Wait for power restore
Check power cord and plug
Move to a stable bench
Move to a stable foot

30 minutes.
Recommended to raise
