Error 2: Please place in a new location and try
again.
Error 3: Please clean the anti-drop sensor and
restart the robot in a new location.
Error 4: Please clean the front sensor and restart
the robot in a new location.

the robot in a new location.
Error 6: Please check if the anti-collision sensor
is blocked.
Error 7: Please clean the dust box and filter.
Error 8: The dust box has been removed. Please
clean the container and filter.
Error 9: I am stalled, please help me.
Error 10: Please place me correctly.
Error 11: Please check if my wheels have jammed.
Error 12: Please check if the main brush is stuck.
Error 13: Please check if the side brushes are
stuck.
Error 14: What is going on? Where is the docking
station?
Error 15: Program error, please restart.
Error 16: Error found while initiating shutdown.

Solution
Cleaning activates when the dust box is secured in its
location.
Pick up the robot and place it in a new location.
The anti-drop sensor is dirty, covered or located by a
drop.
The infrared anti-collision sensor is dirty or covered.
The wall sensor is dirty or covered.
The edge or anti-collision sensor is blocked. Clean it and
make sure it is not covered.
The dust box is full or the filter screen needs to be
replaced.
After the error 7 notification is issued, the user removes
the dust box and error 8 occurs.
Change the location of the robot. If the error persists,
you should perform a general cleaning of the robot.
The robot may have tilted more than 15 degrees. Please
place the robot in a horizontal position.
The power wheels are jammed or twisted.
Unblock the main brush.
Unblock the side brushes.
The charging base is missing, too far away or not
plugged in.
The error is caused by an unknown fault. Restart the
robot.
The robot reminds the user, then automatically turns
off or recharges.
When the battery level is too low and the robot is not
on the charging base, auto-recharge activates.
The robot turns off when fully charged.
