Spritz cookie dough (minimum quantity)
For approx. 40 biscuits
250 g flour
125 g butter (room temperature)
100–125 g sugar
1 egg
1 pinch of salt
Preparation
Place all the ingredients in the mixing bowl 7.

First, mix with the whisk 2 for approx. 30 seconds on speed 1.

Gradually increase the speed up to level 4 and stir for about 10 minutes

total.
Leave the dough to stand in the fridge for about 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven) or 200°C (top/bottom

heat).
Using a piping bag, pipe the batter onto a baking tray lined with baking

paper.
Bake the biscuits for approx. 10 minutes until lightly browned.

You can also add 100–125 g ground hazelnuts or almonds as an extra in-
gredient for the dough.
