Inserting Batteries

Replace the batteries when this symbol
appears in the display.
Use only alkaline batteries.
When not using for longer periods,
remove the batteries to avoid the danger of
corrosion.
Stop/Rest Methods
B
The following stop/rest methods can be used
with the device:
Measurements from behind off of a level sur-
face .
Measurements from the front off of an edge
(adjust measurement level!)
Measurements off an edge with the stop/rest
angle folded out rectangular
Measurements out of corners with the stop/
rest angle folded out completely
vice sets the zero point depending on the po-
sition of the stop/rest angle.
During the measuring procedure, the
optics may not be covered.
