AS 1 stirnseitig mit den
Nutensteinen in die T-Nuten der
Streckenprofile einschieben.

Beidseitig mit je zwei
Innensechskantschrauben (SW 5)
festschrauben.

Abdeckblech oben abnehmen.

Kupplung in Hohlwelle des
Antriebsrades einlegen (vgl.
Einzelheit „X") Sechskantwelle
einfetten (z. B. mit "gleitmo 585K")
und in Hohlwelle einschieben.
Sechskantwelle beim Einfügen nicht
verkanten!

Wellensicherungsring( e) anbringen.

Getriebemotor auf Sechskantwelle
bzw. K upplung stecken und am
Flansch befestigen.
Verschlussstopfen eindrücken .

Abdeckblech befestigen .
Mounting drive module AS 1 to
section ST 1.

Insert AS 1 end face for ward with
slotted nuts into T-slots of section
profiles.

Fasten on both sides with two hex
socket screws ( SW 5).

Remove cover sheet upward.

Fit coupling into hollow shaft of
drive wheel (cf. detail "X"), lubricate
hex shaft (e.g . with "gleitmo 585K")
and insert into hollow shaft.
Be careful not to wedge hex shaft while
inserting!y

Affix retaining rings.

Place gear motor on hex shaft or
coupling and fasten onto flange.
Push in the blanking plugs.

Fasten cover sheet.

Mont er la station d'entraînement
AS 1 sur la section ST 1.

Insérer l'AS 1 de face avec les
coulisseaux à gorge dans les
rainures en T du profilé de section .

Fixer des deux côtés
respectivement à l'aide de deux vis
à six pans creux ( SW 5).

Retirer la tôle de protection par en
haut.
4
Insérer le raccord dans l'arbre creux
de la roue d'entraînement ( cfr. détail
"X"), lubrifier l'arbre hexagonal (par
ex. avec du "gleitmo 585K") et
l'introduire dans l'arbre creux .
Au moment d'enfiler l'arbre hex agonal,
ne pas le coincer !

Mettre les bagues de frein de
l'arbre.

Positionner le moto-réducteur sur
l'arbre hexagonal ou le raccord et
fixer à la bride. Enfoncer les
bouchons d'obturation.
7
Fixer la tôle de protection.
