Problem

WARNING
Risk of personal injury
Only the professionally trained and qualified maintenance
personnel can repair the cooker. Other personnel can not
disassemble the cooker for repair without permission, so as not
to cause serious consequences!
Cause
The induction section
of thermocouple is
contaminated.
The cylinder is out of gas,
and the pressure reducing
valve is too small.
Some fire holes are
blocked in the burner cap.
Gas source problem
(with impurities), or humid
environment.
The burner cap is not
installed in place.
Gas hose aging, cracking,
breaking or falling off.
The main burner is not
on fire.
The bottom of the pot is
close to the burner.
Treatment
Clean the thermocouple.
Change the cylinder, and
ensure the correct pressure
relief valve is used.
Unblock and clean the dirt
in the fire hole.
It is normal phenomenon.
Reinstall correctly.
Re-replace the gas
connection tube.
Re-ignite after the odour is
dissipated.
Use auxiliary wok rack.
