Chapter 1 - Warnings and cautions

In the unlikely event you hear a loud noise from the device, see smoke or smell burning,
stop imaging and isolate the device by unplugging.

1.7 Cleaning guidelines

The device cleaning instructions are detailed in Cleaning on page 56 . Adhere to the following cautions while
cleaning the device.

In order to prevent any contamination always clean and disinfect parts of the equipment
which will be in contact with the patient, see Cleaning before each patient on page 57.
