CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

WARNING!
Never clean with a steam device.
No specifi c maintenance is required on the appliance except for cleaning.
For cleaning:
• Do not use products containing:
- Corrosive agents (soda, acids, ammonia)
- Abrasive agents (dusts or paste)
• Stainless surfaces: use a soft cloth lightly soaked in specifi c detergent (fol-
low the directions given by the detergent manufacturer)
• Cooking plate: cleaning is easier when the temperature of the cooking pla-
te is about 50-60°C. Remove the larger residue from the plate using roun-
ded utensils. Then dampen the plate with a little water and dishwashing
liquid and leave for a few minutes. Remove food residue with a cloth or
kitchen paper. Rinse several times with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly.
• If you want to clean the plate between one cooking cycle and another:
remove the larger residue from the plate using rounded utensils and place
ice cubes and lemon juice on the hot plate. The ice will soften the deposits
and the lemon will eliminate the odours of the previously cooked food.
Use a utensil to remove everything.
