Examination of the back-up alarm.

Remark! The back-up alert can only be checked 24 h after

having been connected to car battery in order to avoid a

damage of the back-up battery.

Open the bonnet. Switch on the alert system. Now take the fuse

of the MSK-150 out of the fuse-box. A 30 second alert is

triggered immediately. Plug the fuse back into the socket and

deactivate the alert system.

Analysis via the status LED

After disarming the last alarm triggered off, except one via the back up

alarm, can be displayed via the status LED (see page 31).

The magic safe MSK-150 has a number of software selectable features.

These can be changed using the procedure listed below. Some of these

features are to enable the alarm system to be conﬁgured to the vehicle

you are ﬁtting the system to, e.g. switch of the voltage detection. Please

see selective list below of possible software adjustments. For

programming see page 22.

The factory adjusted PIN code is 11.

The selection of the "blue button" is done by pressing the blue button,

the selection of the "grey button" is done by pressing the grey button of

the hand transmitter. The status, whether blue button or grey button is

selected is indicated by the status-LED. (LED on means, blue button is

selected. LED off means, grey button is selected.)

If the siren beeps are enabled on arm and disarm this will not comply

with the 95/56/EC regulations.If the voltage detection is also

switched on, this will also not comply with 95/56/EC regulations.
