SOLUTION
Remove the jar and place it again until it is correctly placed.
Verify that the siphon tube is set and secured inside the jar and that both
handles are correctly aligned.
Verify that the water level is above the minimum level of 21.12 oz. (0.6 l)
Verify that the heating plaque is connected and the appliance turned on
(red light button should be on)
Always make sure that the mesh filter is well set before using your
appliance either for making coffee or tea.
Do not forget to turn clockwise in order to correctly set the filter.
Verify that the coffee grounding is medium and not too fine since the filter
may be clogged.
Do not put more than the maximum amount of ground coffee which is 1.76
oz. (50 g)
Verify that the upper vessel is set properly over the jar and that both
handles are aligned.
Make sure not to fill with water over the jar's maximum level.
Do not reheat your coffee or tea since it can overflow the container.
