ASSEMBLY OF THE UNIT
CAUTION! Keep at least 10cm between the unit and walls
or other objects to ensure good ventilation of the unit.
Breathing in gas that escapes from the oil pump while the
unit is running can be harmful to your health. The gas may
contain oil residues!
Caution! Do not place the unit in close proximity to steam
cookers, dishwashers or ovens.
3.3. WORKING WITH THE UNIT
3.3.1. OIL PUMP

Filling the oil pump with oil
•
Use a screwdriver to open the rear cover of the unit.
The pump should be visible.
•
Loosen the cap
•
Pour oil into the pump using a regular bottle to the
height of ½ or ¾ of the oil container
•
Tighten the nut
•
Using a screwdriver, tighten the rear cover

Draining oil from oil pump
•
Prepare a container and place it directly under the oil
drain, which is located at the bottom of the unit [1].
•
Using a wrench (supplied at the factory), unscrew the
nut counterclockwise so that the oil starts to drain.
•
After draining the oil, tighten the nut clockwise with
the wrench

Topping up oil
The oil must be topped up:
•
Before using the unit for the first time
•
After using the unit for the first 25 hours
•
When the oil level in the pump is below the lowest
recommended level
•
Unit performance has degraded
•
After using the unit for 60 hours or a minimum of six
months
Caution! After filling the unit with oil, place it in a
correct horizontal position.
Do not tilt the unit or lay it on its side as this can
cause the oil to leak out.

3.3.2. USE
1.
Vacuum bag selection
Select the appropriate size vacuum bag. Leave at
least 2.5-5cm gap on each side of the bag, this will
ensure a better seal of the bag during sealing.

Connect the equipment to the power supply
The indicator LED on the control panel will indicate
„OFF".Switch on the units

Turning the unit on
•
Switch on the equipment with the ON/OFF button
•
When the appliance lid is open, the LED display will
show the vacuum sealing or air extraction time.
•
Place the food vacuum bag directly into the vacuum
chamber and close the lid.
The appliance will operate automatically.
Caution! When „CLO" appears on the LED display,
the unit is in a protected state. In this state, no
matter which button is pressed, the appliance will
not operate. Open the unit's cover and the unit will
return to normal operation.

Adjusting/setting the time control
The air extraction time:
Keep the cover open, press the SET button and make
sure the air extraction time light is on.
Use the „∨ " or „∨ " buttons to increase or decrease
the air extraction time. For the first air extraction test,
set the time to 30 seconds. Adjust the air extraction
time to suit your needs. The time range is from 5 to
90 seconds.
Vacuum sealing time:
Hold the lid open, press the SET button and make
sure the vacuum seal time indicator light is on.
Use the „∨ " or „∨ " buttons to increase or decrease the
vacuum seal time.
For the first air extraction test, set the time to 5
seconds. Adjust the vacuum sealing time to suit your
needs.
The time range is from 0 to 6 seconds.
Marinating time (feature available for RCVG-46):
The default set marinating time is 9 minutes (one
cycle), but users can use the „∨ " or „∨ " buttons to
adjust the desired marinating time from 9 to 99
minutes according to their needs and increase the
number of cycles.
Caution! All time adjustments, must be done with the
appliance switched on and the appliance lid open.

Placing the bag
•
Keep the bag containing the liquid below the height
of the sealing bar
•
Insert the bag into the vacuum chamber and make
sure that the opening of the bag extends beyond the
sealing bar
Caution! The entire bag, including the holes, must be
inside the vacuum chamber.

6.1. Suction and vacuum sealing process
•
Close the lid of the appliance. The appliance
automatically performs air extraction and vacuum
sealing.
•
After closing the lid, the appliance will automatically
starthe air extraction and vacuum sealing process,
the number on the LED display will count down
from the set value (air extraction time, then vacuum
sealing time) to 0.
•
The air is extracted from the bag.
You may notice that the bag is tightening around the
product.
•
When the machine beeps, the machine cycle is
complete.
6.2. Extraction and Marinating Process
If marinating mode is selected, the unit will automatically
go into vacuum marinating mode when the lid is closed.
One cycle includes several steps - 1 minute is extraction, 8
minutes is maintenance of the vacuum condition, and then
the air is returned to the chamber for the next cycle. The
unit will beep when it is finished. You should then open the
lid and remove the product.
7. Checking
After each sealing operation, check that the sealing has
been done correctly. If there are leaks or creases in the
sealing area, extend the sealing time by 5 seconds and
repeat the cycle.
The welding spot should be clean.
3.3.3. RESTORING THE FACTORY SETTINGS
When the machine is on and OFF appears on the LED
display, press the SEAL+SET button simultaneously for 3
seconds.
When the unit beeps and displays rS, this indicates that the
reset to default settings has been successfully completed.
3.4. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
a)
Pull out the mains plug before each cleaning and
when the appliance is not in use.
b)
Use only non-corrosive cleaning agents for cleaning
the surfaces.
c)
Only mild detergents designed for cleaning food
contact surfaces may be used to clean the unit.
d)
After each cleaning, all the parts should be dried well
before the unit is used again.
e)
Store the unit in a dry and cool place protected from
moisture and direct sunlight.
f)
Do not spray the unit with a stream of water or
immerse it in water.
g)
Make sure that no water enters through the
ventilation openings in the casing.
h)
Clean the ventilation openings with a brush and
compressed air.
i)
Perform regular inspections of the unit checking
technical fitness and any damages.
j)
Use a soft, damp cloth for cleaning.
k)
Do not use sharp and/or metal objects (e.g. a wire
brush or metal spatula) for cleaning, as these may
damage the surface of the material from which the
unit is made.

Do not clean the unit with acidic substances, medical
products, diluent, fuel, oil or other chemicals as this
may cause damage to the unit.
DISPOSAL OF USED UNITS.
At the end of its useful life, this product should not be
disposed of with normal household waste but should be
taken to a collection point for the recycling of electrical
and electronic equipment. This is indicated by the symbol
on the product, operating instructions or packaging. The
materials used in this unit are recyclable according to their
marking. You will be making an important contribution
to protecting our environment by reusing, recycling or
otherwise disposing of used units.
Your local administration will provide you with information
about the appropriate disposal point for used units.
