THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IS NECESSARY TO PERFORM
THE INITIAL SETUP AND PROGRAMMING OF THE DAS.
Obtain a copy of the Setup Sheet located on page 80 of this manual. Record all required
installation data such as; Trailer ID, Unit ID, software, sensor locations, sensor logging
types, sensor grades, and logging intervals.
DAS Setup
The DAS Control Module and DAS sensors must be connected exactly as required before
power is applied to the DAS module. The first time power is applied to the DAS module
determines which sensors are installed (in order from Sensor 1 through Sensor 6). These
sensor labels will always appear on the DAS download reports, even if the sensor is later
disconnected and not used. For this reason always be sure the total required number of
sensors are installed in the correct locations and are connected to the correct Sensor
Harness leads. If additional sensors are added later they will be properly displayed on the
download reports after they are connected.
