 Use the appropriate cookware for each burner to prevent the
flame from reaching the sides of the pot or pan. (Use the table
below as a reference).
 Always use utensils with a flat bottom and keep the lid on at
all times.
 When the contents of the pan begin to boil, turn the knob to
the "Low" position.
Burner

Using the Half Fish-Kettle Burner
The two central burners have an elliptical shape and can be rotated
up to 90 degrees. This allows the unit to be more flexible as it can be
used in different ways.
To rotate the burners, proceed as follows:
 Make sure the burners are completely cool.
 Lift the burner completely off its holding.
 Place it back in the desired position.
 Make sure that the burners are correctly positioned before
use.
In addition, the two central burners can be used in tandem or
separately with cookware of different sizes.
