TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem
The oven is not working.
The door will not open.
The display shows the
letter "F" followed by a
number or letter.

Alternatively, contact our After-sales Service (See phone number in the warranty booklet). When

contacting our After-sales Service, please state the codes provided on your product's identification
plate.
Possible cause
Power cut.
Disconnection from the
mains.
Fault with the door lock.
Cleaning cycle in progress.
Software problem.

Solution
Check for the presence of mains electrical power and
whether the oven is connected to the electricity supply.
Turn off the oven and restart it to see if the fault persists.
Switch the oven off and on again to see if the fault
persists. Wait for the function to finish and for the oven
to cool down.
Contact you nearest Client After-sales Service Centre
and state the number following the letter "F".
