Automatismos Pujol S.L. garantiza contra cualquier defecto de fabricación sus accionadores para puertas, equipos eléctricos y complementos por un

periodo de 2 años a partir de la fecha de suministro.
OBLIGACIONES
Automatismos Pujol S.L. se obliga a la reparación de los equipos sujetos a garantía, previa revisión de éstos por nuestro departamento técnico.
Todos los equipos que debido a urgencia se entreguen antes de la decisión de que un equipo está en garantía, se considerarán de

momento un pedido normal con cargo.
Los equipos defectuosos cambiados bajo garantía quedarán propiedad de Automatismos Pujol S.L.
La sustitución de dichos equipos será a cargo del instalador.
Los portes del envío serán a cargo de Automatismos Pujol S.L.
SAFETY SYSTEMS
ANULACIÓN
La garantía no cubrirá a los equipos PUJOL en los siguientes casos:
- La elección del equipo no ha sido correcta por las características de la puerta.
- Las instrucciones de montaje y conexión no han sido respetadas.
- Los accionadores han sido conectados a equipos eléctricos o complementos no homologados por Automatismos Pujol S.L.
- Un accionador ha sido abierto, desmontado y manipulado indebidamente.
- Los accionadores han sido aplicados para usos distintos de para los que han sido diseñados.
- El accionador o equipo no se ha hecho efectivo (no se ha pagado).

DECLINA TODA RESPONSABILIDAD, SI EN LA INSTALACIÓN DEL ACCIONADOR NO SE HAN PREVISTO SUFICIENTES MEDIDAS DE
SEGURIDAD PARA EVITAR QUE PUEDAN PRODUCIRSE DAÑOS A PERSONAS O COSAS. APARTE DE LOS SISTEMAS DE SEGURIDAD IN-
CORPORADOS EN EL ACCIONADOR RECOMENDAMOS INSTALAR COMPLEMENTOS EXTERIORES AL MISMO TALES COMO: CÉLULAS
FOTOELÉCTRICAS, BANDAS NEUMÁTICAS, ETC., DE ACUERDO CON LA NORMATIVA VIGENTE.
AFTER SALE SERVICE
GUARANTEE PERIOD
Automatismos Pujol S.L. guarantees its door actuators, electronic equipment and accessories for a period of 2 years from purchasing date against any
manufacturing defect.
OBLIGATIONS
Automatismos Pujol S.L. binds itself to the reparation of all the products under guarantee, after they have been examined by our technical depart-
ment. All the equipments which for urgency reasons have to be repaired before the technical department resolution will be considered, at that time, as
a normal order with charge.
The defective equipment changed under guarantee will belong to Automatismos Pujol S.L.
The installer must do the substitution of these equipments.
The transport cost will be in charge to Automatismos Pujol S.L.
ANNULMENT
The guarantee will not cover the PUJOL equipment in the following events:
- The selected equipment is not correct for the door features.
- The assembly and adjustment instructions has not been properly followed.
- The actuators have been connected to electronic equipment which is deemed to be insuitable by Automatismos Pujol S.L.
- The actuator has been dismantled, dismounted or improperly handled.
- The actuator have been used for a different purpose from which it has been designed for.
- The equipment has not been paid for.

ACCEPTS NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ACTUATOR SYSTEM IF INADEQUATE SAFETY SYSTEMS HAVE BEEN INSTALLED TO AVOID
DAMAGE TO PEOPLE OR OBJECTS. APART FROM THE SAFETY SYSTEMS WHICH ARE INCORPORATED IT IS RECOMMENDED TO
INSTALL OTHER PROTECTION ACCESSORIES AS PHOTOCELLS, SAFETY STRIPS, INFRARED BARRIERS, ETC.ACCORDING TO THE
PRESENT REGULATIONS
